The Annunciation GallerySince the start of the project we have photographed thousands of images from places of worship, museums and galleries throughout Wales. Many of these objects, especially from places of worship that are now closed and are at risk, are little known and are often not portable enough to be taken to curated exhibitions. Many of these can be seen on the Imaging the Bible in Wales Database and are highlighted in the project book and on the DVD-ROM, available from 2009. By way of example, the Annunciation gallery depicts a series of diverse images, all taken from the current project, that illustrate Luke chapter 1 in a variety of distinctive and unique ways.
